Please refer to the criteria for the precise standards to be awarded Green Key. Those criteria could be divided into 5 achievements.

1. The facility is working with waste reduction, recycling, reduction of energy and water consumption and use of local and organic food, and it is generally environment-friendly.

2. The facility knows the environmental burden from its business, such as energy and water usage and use of chemicals, and trying to reduce them.

3. The whole organisation, from the management and customer service staff to other workers, is involved, and environmental conservation is considered in all corporate activities.

4. The facility has a management system to promote environmental conservation activities continuously and does not consider Green Key as the ultimate goal.

5.The business establishes active collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including guests, staff and local community, as a foundation for those efforts.
